When you make a booking with us we require 25% deposit, unless your booking is made within two months of the holiday date. In which case the full amount is payable. As soon as your payment has been received, your booking is guaranteed and we will email you a receipt and confirmation of your dates and party details. Please check this information carefully and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. We will also send you directions to the property and arrangements for key collection. If you need to make an amendment or cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. No refunds will be made if the booking is cancelled within 1 month of the holiday start date, unless we are able to re-book the cottage. We strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance for your protection.
